NCAA Headquarters and Hall of Champions
REI provides full-service management for the corporate headquarters of the NCAA. This undertaking exemplifies REI’s flexibility and management expertise because it involves the care of several thousand square feet of office space, the Hall of Champions and a large off-site distribution center. REI facilitated the move-in and developed and implemented all start-up procedures, ensuring a smooth transition.
FFA National Headquarters
REI manages the FFA Headquarters and its 36,000 square foot Merchandise Center. The Merchandise Center includes the licensing and customer and distribution services departments for the organization.
Indiana State Forensics Laboratory
The REI project management team quickly adapted to the multitude of challenges regarding this highly sensitive facility. REI’s strong commitment to service helps ensure that the stringent LEED certification is maintained at all times.
REI Property Management completely updated this six-story office building at 116th and Meridian while it was occupied. The updates included state-of-the-art fiber optics and the installation of a computer controlled HVAC system that reduced the overall utility costs. Now tenants can stay comfortably connected for less.
The James Building
This 60,000 square foot, four-story office building includes a 625 spot parking garage; a 500 seat main theater and a 200 seat studio theater. The tenants include Software Engineering Professionals and The Civic Theater.
